Dashboard Overview
Main dashboard widgets, navigation, and first steps after signup.
The Dashboard is your main screen after you log in. It gives you a quick overview of your properties, reservations, and upcoming tasks. This article walks you through what you see and where to go next.
What You See on the Dashboard
Summary Widgets
The Dashboard usually shows high-level information such as:
- Properties – How many properties you have and a shortcut to add or view them.
- Reservations – Counts or list of recent/upcoming reservations (e.g. pending, confirmed, check-ins).
- Upcoming check-ins / check-outs – Next dates when guests arrive or leave, so you can prepare.
Exact widgets may vary by plan and configuration, but the goal is to give you a snapshot of your rental business at a glance.
Navigation
From the Dashboard you can reach:
- Properties – Create, edit, and manage properties; open each property’s calendar.
- Reservations – Create and manage bookings; filter by status, property, or date.
- Guests – View and manage guest profiles and history.
- Settings – Profile, email templates, calendar sync, long-stay discounts, public pages, billing.
Use the main navigation menu (sidebar or header) to move between these sections.
Sample Data (New Accounts)
If you just signed up, you may see sample properties and reservations on the Dashboard. They are labeled as "Sample" and are there to help you explore. You can delete them anytime with the "Delete Sample Data" button; see Sample Data for details.
First Steps After Signup
- Look around – Click through Properties and Reservations to see how lists and details work.
- Try the AI Assistant – Use the floating button or shortcut to create a property or reservation with natural language (e.g. "Create a 2-bedroom apartment in Porto for 4 people").
- Add your first real property – Either via the "New Property" form or with the AI Assistant.
- Optionally connect a calendar – In Settings → Calendar Sync you can add iCal URLs to import availability from other platforms and avoid double bookings.
- When you are ready – Delete sample data so the Dashboard only shows your real data.
For a suggested order of tasks, see First Steps.
