Viewing Guests
Where to find the list and what columns and actions exist.
Guest profiles store information about your guests (phone, address, preferred language, notes) so you can reuse it across reservations. This article explains where to find the guest list and what you see there.
Where to Find the Guest List
- Go to Dashboard.
- Open Guests in the sidebar or main navigation.
The Guests page shows a list of all guests who have at least one reservation (or who you have created as a profile manually, depending on your setup).
What You See in the List
Typical columns or fields:
- Guest name – Full name.
- Email – Email address. Used to match the guest to reservations and to send messages.
- Phone – If you have added a phone number to the profile.
- Number of reservations – How many bookings this guest has (past and future).
- Last stay – Date of the most recent reservation (or similar).
Exact columns depend on the UI. Use the list to see who your repeat guests are and to open a profile.
Actions in the List
- Open profile – Click the guest name or a "View" action to open the guest detail page. There you see their full profile, reservation history, and notes.
- Edit – If the UI offers it, you can edit the profile from the list (e.g. update phone or address).
Who Appears in the List
- Guests who have at least one reservation (created in HostManageGo) usually appear automatically.
- You can also create a guest profile manually (see Creating a Guest Profile) so the guest appears in the list before or without a reservation.
- If you use guest profiles only when creating reservations, the list grows as you add more bookings with different emails.
Tips
- Use the list to find repeat guests and open their history.
- Use search or filter (if available) to find a guest by name or email quickly.
- Open a profile to see all reservations for that guest and to add or edit notes and contact details.
