Long-Stay Overview
Benefits and where to find (Settings → Long-Stay Discounts).
Long-stay discounts are automatic percentage discounts applied when a guest books a stay that meets or exceeds a minimum number of nights (e.g. 7 nights, 30 nights). This article explains the benefits and where to configure them.
Benefits
- Automatic – Discounts apply automatically when the stay length qualifies. You do not have to calculate or apply them manually for each reservation.
- Transparent – Guests see the discount and the amount they save (e.g. "You save X") on the quote and on the public booking page, so it is clear and attractive.
- Flexible – You can set different rules: e.g. 7+ nights 10% off, 30+ nights 15% off. You can also set a validity period (e.g. only in summer) and priority when several discounts could apply.
- Works with pricing – Long-stay discounts work with your base price per night and seasonal rules. The system calculates: base price × nights, then applies the discount percentage, then adds cleaning fee and tax if applicable. See How Calculation Works.
Where to Find Long-Stay Discounts
- Go to Settings (gear icon or link in the sidebar).
- Open Long-Stay Discounts (or the equivalent card or link).
