How Many Properties
Plan limits and where to upgrade.
The number of properties you can have depends on your subscription plan. This article explains where to see the limit and how to add more.
Plan Limits
Each plan has a maximum number of properties:
- Trial – Often one property so you can try the product.
- Starter – A small limit (e.g. a few properties) for small-scale use.
- Pro and above – Higher limits (e.g. 10, 50, or more) for growing portfolios.
- Enterprise – Custom or unlimited, depending on your agreement.
The exact numbers may change; check the pricing page or your account settings for current limits.
Where to See Your Limit
- In Dashboard or Properties, the UI may show how many properties you have and the maximum (e.g. "3 / 10 properties").
- In Settings → Billing (or Subscription), your plan and its limits are usually summarized.
What Happens When You Reach the Limit
When you are at the maximum, you cannot create new properties until you:
- Upgrade your plan – Move to a higher tier with a higher property limit, or
- Delete or remove a property – Free a slot so you can add another (only if that property has no active or future reservations, as described in Deleting a Property).
How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing (or the equivalent in your app).
- Open the upgrade or plan selection.
- Choose the plan that offers the number of properties you need.
- Complete the payment or subscription change as guided by the app.
After the upgrade, the new limit applies immediately and you can add more properties up to that limit.
