Property Photos

Upload, limits, order, main photo, and formats.

Photos help guests choose a property and are shown on your public booking page and in reservation details. This article explains how to add and manage them.

Where to Add Photos

  1. Go to DashboardProperties.
  2. Open the property (Edit).
  3. Find the Photos or Gallery section in the form.

How to Upload

  • Drag and drop – Drag image files from your computer onto the upload area.
  • Choose files – Click the upload button and select one or more files.

You can add several photos in one go. They appear as thumbnails in the gallery.

Limits and Formats

  • Maximum photos per property – Typically 10 (check the UI for the current limit).
  • Maximum file size per photo – For example 5 MB. Larger files may be rejected; compress or resize if needed.
  • Accepted formats – JPG, PNG, WebP. Use these for best compatibility.

Order and Main Photo

  • The first photo in the list is the main image. It is used in property lists, calendar views, and as the default image on the public page.
  • To change the order: drag the thumbnails into the order you want. Move the preferred image to the first position to make it the main photo.
  • To remove a photo: use the delete or trash icon on the thumbnail, then save the property.

Tips

  • Use clear, well-lit photos so guests can see the space.
  • Put the best or most representative photo first so it appears as the main image.
  • The AI Assistant cannot upload photos; use the property edit form for all photo changes.
