Availability and Limits
Trial/Starter command limits, Pro unlimited.
The AI Assistant may be subject to plan-based limits on how often you can use it. This article explains typical limits and where to check yours.
Plan-Based Access
- Free or Trial – The AI Assistant may not be available, or only for a limited number of commands (e.g. a few per day or per trial). This lets you try the feature before upgrading.
- Starter – Often a limited number of AI commands per month (e.g. 50 or 100). Once you reach the limit, you need to wait until the next period or upgrade to use the AI again. Other features (properties, reservations, forms) keep working.
- Pro and above – Often unlimited or much higher limits so you can use the AI as much as you need for normal use.
Exact numbers depend on your subscription. Check Settings → Billing (or Subscription) to see your plan and any stated limits for the AI Assistant.
How Limits Apply
- Each message you send to the AI (text or voice) counts as one use. Creating one reservation = one use; asking "Is the apartment free?" = one use. The limit is applied when you send the message (before you confirm any actions).
- Limits are typically per account and per billing period (e.g. monthly). They reset at the start of the new period.
- When you are near or at the limit, the app may show a message (e.g. "AI limit reached this month. Upgrade for unlimited use."). You can still use the Dashboard and forms.
If You Hit the Limit
- Use the forms – Create and edit properties and reservations manually until the limit resets or you upgrade.
- Upgrade – If you need more AI usage, upgrade to a plan with higher or unlimited AI commands. See Settings → Billing.
- Wait – If your plan resets monthly, wait until the next period and the counter resets.
Where to See Your Usage
If the product shows usage, it is often in Settings → Billing or Settings → Usage (or similar). You may see something like "AI: 12 / 50 this month." If you do not see it, your plan may have unlimited use or the limit may be shown only when you are close to it.
