Full examples: create property, reservation, change price, availability.

This article shows example phrases you can use with the AI Assistant for common tasks. Adapt property names, guest names, emails, and dates to your case.

Create a Property

You: Create a 2-bedroom apartment in Porto for 4 people, 80 euros per night, cleaning fee 30 euros.

AI: Creates the property and may reply with a link to the new property. You can then open it and add photos, address, and other details in the edit form.

You: Add a house in Lisbon, 3 bedrooms, 6 guests, 120 euros per night.

AI: Creates the property. You can edit it afterward to add address and photos.

Create a Reservation

You: Create a reservation for John Smith, john@example.com, check-in May 10, check-out May 15, at the Porto apartment.

AI: Creates the reservation, blocks the dates on the calendar, and may send a confirmation email if your message rules are set up. You see a link to the reservation.

You: New reservation at the Lisbon house for Maria, maria@example.com, June 20 to 25.

AI: Same as above: reservation created, dates blocked, link shown.

Change Price or Details

You: Edit the Porto apartment and change the price to 90 euros per night.

AI: Updates the property base price. You can open the property to confirm.

You: Change the check-out date of John Smith's reservation to May 16.

AI: Updates the reservation. The calendar is adjusted (one more night blocked). Open the reservation to confirm.

Block and Unblock Dates

You: Block the Porto apartment from June 10 to June 15.

AI: Blocks those dates on the property calendar. They are no longer available for new reservations.

You: Unblock July 20 to 25 for the Lisbon house.

AI: Unblocks those dates. They become available again.

Availability and Queries

You: Is the Porto apartment free next weekend?

AI: May answer based on the calendar (e.g. "Yes" or "No, it is booked on ..."). Exact behavior depends on the product.

You: Who is checking in tomorrow?

AI: May list reservations with check-in on that date. Use this to plan arrivals.
